Sharing with another Nubo user via their Federated Cloud ID doesn’t work¶
Federated sharing doesn’t work between Nubo users. To share items with other Nubo users, you need to create a group.
I’ve just increased my cloud and/or mail storage, but the indicator isn’t updating¶
Indeed, the quota display doesn’t update immediately. It may take a while. However, t he additional space you selected is already available to you. You will no longer receive the “almost full” warning if the new quota is high enough.
I’m trying to access my emails (mail.nubo.coop) and I get a storage connection error¶
Please refresh the page (F5) or try connecting again. It’s most likely a cache issue.
The Nextcloud client on my computer shows a certificate error¶
Please check that the client is up to date. If the issue persists, contact us.
